Determining what you want:
Whether it’s an altered version of something we already have, such as an engraved glass, or something you’ve just thought up, you’ll need to put some thought into what it is exactly. some considerations to think about:
- Color (paint, dye, pastel)
- Material (glass, stone, vinyl, cotton, fur,)
- Size (large/mini version, tailored measurements)
- Shape (is there going to be custom glass-blowing, irregular canvas cuts,)
- SFW/NSFW
Obviously, these are just a few examples of what you should be thinking about. If we come across something you missed, we’ll be sure to try our best to contact you for clarification.

You can use this contact sheet below to send a quick message to us about a project you’d like to order. Give us a few days to try and clear up whatever projects we may have going on at the moment so we can allocate some time and space for yours. You should hear back from us in no more than 3 days (or later if you informed us of a time/date beyond that).
IMPORTANT: We tend to work odd hours and may not be available for a phone call at the time/day you’ve requested. If you do not hear back from us within a few days, please check your email inbox before sending a second request, as we may have addressed this conflict.
Pick up the phone
Once we give you a call, you’ll be able to ask any questions about options and complications while we clear up and fine details while we have you. For simpler requests, you’ll likely get a price quote over the phone. Larger projects, on the other hand, will need some time to be thought out before we can get back to you. You can choose to have us send you and email or give you a call when we have a price sorted out. And we’re happy to work out a payment plan with you if you are unable to front the whole sum at one time.
Arranging a payment plan
Once we get back to you with a finalized price, it will be up to you whether or not you would like to pay for it in full, or in payments. Should you choose to pay for it in portions, We will need to email you a form to fill out and send back to us stating the amount due, and your obligations to fulfill them. this is just a formality to protect us from a lose of time, materials, or money due to starting a project that was ordered without the anticipation of payment.

Once a payment is sorted out, we’ll have your project underway with a estimated completion date. We will keep you informed if there are any hiccups or delays along the way, and let you know when it ships out. optionally, you may choose to pick it up in person if you are in the area. Then you get to fully enjoy your new thing!
